Good morning my fellow Rotarians. Today I thought I’d share with you some little known facts that maybe you can use to show how “smart” you are at the office or for your enjoyment….

In the 1400's a law was set forth in England that a man was allowed to beat his wife with a stick no thicker than his thumb. Hence we have "the rule of thumb".
